Fresh picked Local USDA Certified Organic Shishito Peppers grown by Juniper Hill Farms. This variety of shishitos, know as MellowStar, grown a very large shishito pepper that is very mild (you don’t get a spicy surprise with these!).
To prepare, simply rinse the shishitos, sear in a pan with olive oil (cook to a medium rare!), add salt, and enjoy as an incredible starter to any great meal!
